Unprofessional! We ordered 2 days in advance - 2hrs, 1 helper = 70. The van driver/helper arrived 40mins late. He then said we have too many things and it won't fit in the van - he had 4 of my own family members helping but he was still complaining - he refused to take the items unless we paid 180. I had to call the main guy who arranged the hire and said he will speak to the driver/helper as that was not something I agreed with.
The driver said it was a 4hr job but after many arguments we agreed 150 if it ended up being 4 hrs. However, all the items fit in the van, and only took 2hrs 15mins to load and de-load to the new property - should've paid 75 but ended up giving 120 out of good will and the help given by the driver. Throughout this I contacted the main guy and he was no longer answering or replying to our messages or calls - so unprofessional. I wouldn't recommend - they lie about their prices and then cause drama and waste time on the actual move day. STAY AWAY!
