I used BRT for my Nan, she was moving out of her house into a assisted living flat. She was so sad to leave but BRT made the whole experience wonderful for her, the removers we kind and respectful, even ended up having a cup of tea and biscuits with her! I would without a doubt recommend this company for your removals. Five star service.

BRT undertook my removal and storage. They managed to break and loose a lot of my furniture and possessions and gave me some items belonging to another person. Their fees were very high I paid them approximately 5k, now they are pestering me for money I have already paid, demanding bank statements, for removal into store. Fortunately I have proof of payment, potentially I could have paid them an extra 500, they are not to be trusted.

The company should have also paid me for the excess on the insurance claim I was forced to make but instead keep emailing me for more demands of payment for the 500 and now storage costs. They stated they would not complete your move without full payment and 4 months later they are sending these threatening emails. I definitely would not recommend this company, they cannot be trusted.
