Heydon and Ali helped me move the 2 appliances (fridge freezer and washer dryer) to my 2nd floor flat after ao left them unattended outside the property and couldn't arrange to collect them back and only confirmed at 7pm. I had to rush to get people to help me. Heydon picked up the phone and came with Ali. They were a little late for about an hour they said they were caught in an accident. Nevertheless, they came at around 10.45pm.
I could see they were trying hard to figure how to move the items up. In the end, they did that and I really appreciated their help with such a last min request when I couldn't get any help anywhere at that hour. Thanks again Heydon and Ali

Contacted them thru Whattsapp for a move. First they wouldn't give me a direct quote. Asked me where I'm from bc of my American accent they quoted me an insane price. I needed someone ASAP so I told him If I don't hear from him I will have to go with someone else. Then he started spewing all these condescending/offensive messages saying that were really inappropriate. Never in my life had I had such unprofessional service.
I made a post about this on London Sublets/moving group with a screenshot of the text but somehow they had removed it. I was looking to sublet so came across the post again. But the original post with comments is still up. Not sure how this place has all five star reviews. That def wasn't my experience. Also they had deleted all the Whattsapp conversation so maybe someone had done damage control over what was a volatile employee. But I'd take caution with this business. This was December of 2020.

These guys are fast, reliable and helped us out at short notice. They do a really professional job - dismantled all our belongings and re-assembled them perfectly at the other end. We even had a period of three hours where we were out of our old place and didn't have the keys for our new place but they were more than happy to wait and it was no bother for them. I would highly recommend you use them.

We were panicking because the helper who was coming to help us with the remaining boxes canceled. Received excellent and immediate customer service. I was able to book with only mere hours in advance. Very friendly driver was also very accommodating and we were able to finish the last of our move quickly.
