We availed of the packing, removal and cleaning services that Brilliant Removals offer. Maisie's communication, even out of hours, was prompt and helpful and we felt reassured in advance of the move.
On both the packing and removal days the team of Ali, Melad and Omid, led by Adam, worked very efficiently with a friendly and approachable manner.
The cleaning crew, led by Charlotte, again worked to complete ahead of schedule and did a very thorough job.
On all days the crews arrived promptly and got straight to work. We would not hesitate to recommend Brilliant Removals.

Alan and Kaywan at Brilliant Removals were great, they worked incredibly hard to get all my stuff packed and moved, and were a pleasure to deal with too. The only negative was that the quote was a bit short so I ended up paying quite a lot extra (although the total cost was still good value). I would definitely recommend them.

Brilliant service, called to book, phone was answered quickly, service was helpful and fast. Really good email communication to confirm booking and time slot. On the day I could track the delivery, it was easy to work out when to expect the delivery and it arrived in the time frame expected. The delivery crew were friendly and careful with the item and delivered it to the location I wanted without any fuss. Excellent service and would certainly use again.
