Very professional, super happy with the service we received. Ken called ahead to discuss the move and informed me of his arrival time. Super friendly and clearly a pro at what he does as moving our furniture up four flights of spiral staircase was definitely not easy! Would definitely recommend using Man And Van London.

Great service! Lee helped us move our belongings and dog to our new home. He was very friendly and showed extra care since we had our dog with us. Unfortunately he was late due to a previous appointment overrun but he kept us constantly updated on his progress and it was really not under his control.

Excellent service all round. The email communications prior to job were thorough and informative. In addition, the driver Ken phoned me the evening before pick up to confirm the arrangements. On the day Ken arrived on time, was knowledgeable, very helpful and good company. Highly recommended.

These guys were amazing. Got back to me really quickly when I made contact initially. Their previous job ran over time because the other customer didn't allow enough time on the booking. They called me as soon as this became clear and immediately offered to give me another man on my job free of charge to compensate for the delay and ensure that the job was done as quickly as it would have been. I thought this was great customer service - I didn't even have to ask.
They arrived at the revised time. They didn't break anything. Did the job really quickly. Were courteous to deal with. The price was really inexpensive and cheaper than I'd expected. I was so pleased with them and would definitely use them again. I dealt with Steve and he was one of the guys on the job - he was a really nice guy and so was his colleague.
