Is my stored property insured?
Yes. Items are covered by our Royal & Sun Alliance policy (from 68p/week per £1,000) or you may use existing insurance. Full coverage required during storage.
What are access hours?
8am-6pm Mon-Fri, 10am-4pm Sat. Out-of-hours access available by arrangement. 24/7 alarmed facility ensures security outside operating hours.
Do prices increase after the first month?
No. Our Price Lock Guarantee ensures consistent weekly rates for the duration of your storage agreement with no hidden fees.
Can I cancel storage anytime?
Yes. No fixed contracts. Simply vacate the unit with 7 days' notice. Full payment required until the unit is returned empty and inspected.

I had two storage units with Southwest Storage for nearly 2 years during some really damp weather. Covered vehicular access to the container door was brilliant; the units are unheated but located in a secure, airy and dry industrial building, and when the contents came out of storage, there wasn't a hint of any damp or condensation. We looked at other storage facilities with 24 hour access but with loads of floors, doors and lifts; forghet them, if you want good value, secure, dry storage with the best access, this is it. I have been using South West Storage Solutions ever since John started the business. I have had large and small containers during this time and I have always had exceptional service and my belongings have always been safe, dry and secure. Whenever I have needed access, all I have done is call and arrange a time. The costs have always been cheaper than comparable companies offering storage. Would recommend.
