Really impressed with the professionalism of the whole team. From the initial quote to managing dates, executing the move and storage to finally moving into our new home. The team worked extremely hard both packing our items and the end, unloading and moving them in. The quote was fixed at the start and there were no additions or hidden extras. I must admit they made, what is always a stressful occasion much more manageable and much less stressful. Thank you

We used Thomas Firbank removals to store our furniture whilst we were waiting to move into our new property. From the packing to the delivery the service has been exemplary. Our belongings were treated with the utmost of care and when it was time for it to come out of storage, The whole process from booking delivery to the actual delivery was very smooth. Jason and Mark turned up nice and early and were so efficient.
They took great care of the walls and carpets as well. No job was beyond them and they were really polite and friendly. I believe they went beyond what was required of them, happily moving anything I asked them to I highly recommend this company for all your storage and removals!

Very professional, very quick and efficient. Everything was wrapped so well and the guys assigned to move our stuff in couldn't do enough for us! Highly recommend! **Update: we lost a lid to one of our ginger jars, they kindly looked through all the wrapping/boxes and found the lid! So kind and they went above and beyond! Thank you all so much!**

This is the second time I'd used Thomas Firbank for moving and I will keep using them! So easy to book the removal in, they turned up early and got straight to work. The two guys were polite and hard working, everything arrived safely in one piece. Couldn't recommend these guys highly enough

Very efficient, really nice team of removers, nothing was too much trouble and they were very polite, tidy and well organised. They turned up on time, worked methodically, packed everything brilliantly and nothing was broken or damaged. When it came to unloading they made the whole experience of deciding where to put things stress free and moving things was no problem at all. Overall definitely value for money (and a better price than other quotes we got) and a fantastic team. We would certainly recommend Thomas Firbank to others!
