A&S provided an excellent removal service for us. We were impressed by the attention to detail in the preparation; both in visits to the 2 properties well beforehand, & on packing day. On move days (complicated due to a hoist & large items) the team were hard-working, reliable, friendly. However, after the move a couple of issues arose. When we contacted the MD to "complain", the speed & manner with which these issues were resolved was fantastic. No move is perfect & I wouldn't hesitate to recommend A&S. I believe that the way a company deals with problems says a great deal. Will use again!

I used Arnold and Self for the second time yesterday, moving my belongings from two separate properties into storage. They were professional, on time and very efficient, everything you could ask for in a remover, I would certainly recommend and use them again.

I would like to express my thanks to Arnold & Self, for how they managed our storage and eventual move in lockdown. The survey was carried out with full awareness of social distancing - thank you Mark. The office staff, particularly Debbie & Emma who coordinated the move & storage despite their own logistical problems. The removal team who took our items to storage. But particularly Dennis, Gerald & Sash who moved us in lockdown and were very careful to follow covid guidelines which really reassured us. I cannot recommend Arnold highly enough - very professional - thank you
