Faultless service from start to finish. Very professional crew who did everything with a laugh and a smile. Not only was everyone very polite to myself and my partner but the same courtesy was granted to any member of the public who crossed paths with the removal process. Made what is always a stressful event a lot easier. Wouldn't hesitate to use again or recommend.

Absolutely outstanding service from start to finish. Helped us with a relocation from Edinburgh to London and made the process really smooth. Linda in the office was great but by far the best part about Guardian was Graham - the driver for our removal. Came to pack our flat and he was thorough, careful and incredibly professional. Delivery in London was also excellent. Not a single item damaged in transit. Made a pretty stressful moving experience much easier than anticipated!

Guardian Moving and Storage provided us with an impeccable service. From the planning to execution, we were so impressed with every aspect of our move. From the lovely, helpful team at head office who made the booking process very easy and the logistics straightforward, to the guys on the ground who worked tirelessly and with care to pack, load and move all our possessions and just generally approached it all with good humour and a smile on their faces - to say we are impressed is an understatement. Everyone involved deserves the highest credit. You are a brilliant team and we will recommend you far and wide!

I cannot rate this company highly enough. I'd give them 10 stars if possible. It might be cliched to say, but they really took the stress out of moving. Everyone is friendly, polite, and professional from the initial quote to the day of the move. Nothing is too much trouble for them. Piano to a top floor flat? No bother. Even when they thought the toolbox (with the bolts for my table in) had been lifted from the back of the van, they found other bolts and took the time to hacksaw them down to a size that would fit. "Above and beyond" doesn't even begin to cover it. Plus, they gave me a lift up to the new flat in the van, which was a lot of fun on what could otherwise have been a really stressful day. Don't even consider other companies - I've used others in the past and it was a mistake. Thank you Guardian.

Critical: Professionalism You need to tell your team to take their litter with them when completing a removal. They have just completed a removal at Belmont Gardens and have left paper cups and empty plastic bottles lying around on the road.

From first contact to removing our items to their storage facility, to redelivery after nearly 4 years everything was being dealt with in a very professional friendly way. Used this amazing company to help with my home move. From start to finish they were so professional and exceeding all my expectations. The staff put me at ease and explained the full process to me. Ladies at the office were helpful and accommodating when I went to see them. Guys on the day of moving were brilliant and carried out their duties to an exceptional standard.

As I have moved let's just say once or twice! I have came across a few Removel company's, This one has to be the best ever the minute they walk through the door it was calm and under control, just what I needed especially that day. The guys could not do a enough for us and not just that but great banter, very polite and very very honest. I would use them again without a blink of a eye, and will certainly be singing their praises to my friends and family. Great value for money great Service from start to finish.

So professional! Darren (who owns the business) came out personally to look at our flat to give us an accurate quote and was so friendly and helpful. He knew of the area we were moving to and suggested doing the move in two smaller vans rather than one big one. This was a GREAT decision as a big van would never have made it into our narrow, busy street! Moving day itself was a really good experience as we only had to direct the moving men into the right rooms when they were unloading the furniture. They were completely done before 4pm and we could start settling in to our new home. Would recommend!

Having recently used Guardian to empty our house and move into the country, I could not be more delighted with the service.
