Broughton Removals made a stressful move incredibly easy. From the start, they were responsive and very detailed in their planning and in supplying packing materials. During the move, our movers had to deal with a broken down van on a bank holiday weekend. These things happen, and they're outside of anyone's control, yet they handled the emergency like true professionals, sending a replacement van across the country while keeping us informed and delivering our things in good time. They were all friendly and attentive folks who were in high spirits throughout. Can't recommend them enough

The people at Broughton Removals couldn't have been more helpful and attentive, from the people in the office to the actual removals team themselves. They help to reduce the stress out of the whole relocation process and have remained patient and professional throughout, despite my numerous calls (it was my first big move and I was nervous!). Chose Broughton's on a friend's recommendation. It was a very smooth and professional process from arranging a visit for a quote to the actual removal. The team were superb, especially managing a very large van into a narrow cul de sac. Dave and Jack were amazing. Friendly, very careful with the furniture, full of positive energy despite our move being from top floor to top floor and a 400 mile journey. Highly recommended!

Broughton are an excellent company to go with if planning a move. They offer a home visit to give you an accurate and tailored quote. On the day, you can opt to pack yourself or they can do this. They are also able to provide packing materials within your cost quoted. In the day, the team for my move were prompt abd had my while flat contents loaded up, moved from Edinburgh to Glasgow and unloaded in 2.5 hours. All of the team are incredibly professional and absolutely lovely. Would 100% recommend

Fantastic removals company. Helped us with our big move to a new house and they took all the stress of moving away. After all the nightmares you hear about moving, we couldn't believe how stress free they made it for us. Very well priced as we almost paid double elsewhere to get less service. Totally reliable and professional, during our recent move. Kind to our children along the way, and just generally made a potentially very stressful few days much, much easier. There were complications over our move-in date, and the team at Broughton bent over backwards to accommodate us, as our dates kept changing.

What can I say about Broughton Removals which doesn't involve superlatives? Nothing! Right from the first time I met the inestimable Sonny Munro, I had a good feeling about what was to follow. This was only reaffirmed when my family and I met his daughter Jo. They take great pride in their Family Business of the Year Award, and as previous winners of that accolade we know just how hard one has to work, and frankly how good one has to be and how satisfied one's customers have to be, in order to attain even a nomination, let alone win The Gong.

We moved from a 4,650 square foot house in East Lothian to a 9,500 square foot house in Moray, in five days from start to finish - deliberately spaced out to make our lives as customers easier at a stressful time, so the 4 strong crew (who were with us throughout) packed up on the Monday and Tuesday, drove the 200 miles north on the Wednesday, unloaded one lorry on the Thursday and the other on the Friday, and the whole experience simply could not have been more pleasurable.

The crew were tremendously polite, good fun, and incredibly good at their jobs; we had some pieces of really quite valuable furniture to move, but they accomplished that with aplomb. In all my 56 years it was quite the most pleasurable move I have ever experienced. In short, if you want the best (and at a very Grown Up price) then you absolutely should not look beyond Broughton Removals.

Broughton have packed and moved us twice now in 2 years (plus storage in between)and the last move was from Edinburgh down to Suffolk. Always such a friendly and efficient bunch - both in the office and the removal team. They make it as stress free as possible with tremendous ability at lifting large pieces of furniture with no fuss or complaint. I would recommend highly.

Quite possibly the best company I have ever encountered! Right from the first meeting to get a quote I have been hugely impressed. Packing up was made as easy as possible and I couldn't believe how quickly and efficiently everything was moved into storage. When I had to move my 'out of storage' date it was treated like it was no problem at all and the delivery was smooth with all my fragile goods in tact. The removals men are also very polite and friendly and make you feel at ease. Highly recommend if you need removals and/or storage.
