I cannot recommend Ballards enough. The entire team is professional and our movers, Steve and Paul, made moving day a pleasant experience. They were kind, courteous and very careful with our belongings. The service was reasonably priced too. We'd use Ballards again in a heartbeat.

Excellent service from everyone we dealt with throughout the entire process of our move. All staff were polite, helpful and professional at all times. Mick and Jonathan, our removal men on the day were prompt, courteous, and hard working. Their priority was for our move to be as stress free as possible. I have no hesitation in recommending Ballards Removals, and wiould definitely use their services again in the future. Thank you to the whole team for a fantastic service.

Ballard were excellent. Really good price (we had packing service too). The guys were extremely friendly during a stressful period and looked after our belongings with the utmost care and professionalism. We weren't hurried to unpack and return boxes either. Would definitely use them again (though I don't want to move again any time soon!).

Great service. I had booked Ballards move me but unfortunately I forgot to confirm. I was waiting for the removal men who didn't arrive. I rang the office who were extremely helpful. During the morning staff came to my house and began moving me, at one point there must have been 8 members of staff assisting. By 4pm they had me moved to my new property and emptied their removal truck. Absolutely fantastic service after my initial mistake. Would recommend this family run business to anyone. Great service

Ballards were brilliant from start to finish. Very helpful and friendly on the telephone and very organised, quick and professional during the move. Due to the distance Involved, it was an overnight transfer so we got to know the men quite well and when the same men helped move my mother to join us a few weeks later, it was like seeing old friends again. Their easy banter and jokes helped make what can be a stressful occasion into fun. Can't fault them.

Nothing was too much trouble to them. All staff were professional and courteous throughout. They took problems away from us and dealt with them quietly and efficiently. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Ballard's for any removal task; large or small. Good value for all the work that they do for their clients. Great local business.

Because we lived down a narrow lane, Ballards came out and assessed the access & determined we would require four smaller vehicles. We took advantage of their packing service. Four people arrived and everything was packed with care. They labelled boxes with the room they came from, which was very helpful. The staff were extremely professional. Unfortunately, we were unable to get into our new house immediately as the people had not moved out! Ballards and their team waited until they left.

It was a very hot July day and it was hard work for the guys lifting heavy furniture up steps, but there were no complaints. We had a hundred boxes and after we had emptied fifty we called them and they came and collected them. Then later, when we had emptied most of the others they returned to collect those. Excellent service. Such a lovely team. Very happy to recommend

I have used Ballards for both removals storage on more than one occasion. From the point on enquiry onwards everything went smoothly - the staff are efficient and friendly. When using the storage facilities, I also put my planted patio pots in and all the plants survived and flourished. I would have no hesitation in recommending Ballards.

We cannot recommend Ballards enough. Everything was on time, they came when stated. They were incredibly helpful in all aspects. Very careful with all our homes contents. They transferred everything to Spain with no problem. They were perfectly punctual when delivering - everything arrived on the date and time specified. Brilliant throughout. Matt was so understanding when dates changed and Ballards handled all admin for goods being taken to our new home in France including my car. Lads arrived on time in Northumberland and were a brilliant team. Nothing was too much trouble. Everything arrived safely. Loading and unloading done so carefully. The whole team helped immensely to complete a move that could have been massively stressful. Thanks so very much. We can't recommend you highly enough.

Ballards was an amazing removal firm! The men worked very hard all day emptying our house and moving us to our new property. As I am a hoarder they had a lot to move and did it without moaning and with good grace! I would recommend them to anyone as I have already done

Amazing service. Above and beyond. Our move date was short notice and we didn't finish packing so they chipped in and helped us while packing the vans. Couldn't fault them. Everything was out within a couple of hours. And unpacked at the other end just as quick. Thank you for the great service.

We picked Ballards from the start because the first person we spoke to on the phone seemed really polite and honest when tried their best to give us an approximate quote. All the movers were professional and reliable. Overall, the packing service moving from our flat into storage and then down to London was practically seamless, and made what could have been an extremely stressful time much more manageable. Following the death of my father, I have dealt with a multitude of different firms and Government departments. The one service that stands out miles above the rest, was the service I received from Ballards. They were professional and competent throughout, including on the removal day itself. A very well organised process and I will never have any doubts about wholeheartedly recommending their service to anyone. The whole team, from the office to the warehouse and the removal team in between. were perfect!

Ballards did a phenomenal job moving my nearly 80 year old Mum today. The guys were so friendly and made a stressful day much easier. They had the van loaded by 11:00 am and unloading was even quicker. Nothing was broken. All very stress free. I've always moved myself but the years are starting to get the better of me. I needed a short notice move to temporary accommodation whilst work is being carried out on our own home, so contacted Ballards who were able to accommodate me. What a team they sent, Dave and Ian were absolute heroes. Polite, professional, efficient, speedy, thorough. Nothing was too much for them and they really helped reduce the trauma of the day for myself and my wife. They were so supportive. I would heartily recommend Ballards for a worry free move, as it turns out, so do many of my neighbours.

Have used Ballards quite a few times for van hire now. Always very easy to deal with the team in the office and the vans they provide are clean throughout. The staff talk you through the controls for the tail and make sure you're happy before leaving. The 24 hour drop off really helps. Would highly recommend to everyone.

The best moving experience by far! From packing the day before by Pete and Sadie to the actual move itself.
