please do not use, my poor mum lost everything, they were supposed to store her furniture and did for several years, saying she was one of their best customers as paid on time every month. But when she was ready to move on and went to view the furniture some furniture was damaged due to poor storage, most valuable items missing and never found. They said what was left would go to auction and apparently nothing sold (furniture from three bedroom house) and my mum owed them money for their time taking to auction. Was ready to take them to court but covid hit so sorry to say never got round to it.
But please do not use completely untrustworthy. Go as far as accusing them of theft as a very large picture and a Collinson rocking horse vanished when we went to pick up the items we wanted to keep. Said we had already picked them up but as they had full cctv asked them to show us who picked them up, said it was a blue car which we did not have then the just ignored our calls.

The guys arrived on time and immediately set to work. They made useful suggestions and literally made the move painless. Everything was properly protected and packed perfectly. This is the kind of service you expect from a professional service, but rarely receive. Highly recommend this company.

An absolutely fantastic experience. The guys took all of the stress out of my house move. Never seen a team work so hard, and not a single item damaged. Would recommend to anybody moving house in the Telford area.

Arranged last minute (just before Xmas!) & couldn't fault them. Very efficient and were very patient with waiting whilst we waited for our keys! Would recommend
