Metro moved us from Northants to Oxfordshire and were excellent. Initial quote was clear and totally accurate for the number of boxes we needed. And we liked that Lee came to assess in person - many others now do video quotes. Our move included an 8 snooker table and Lee said they could move this as well, which some others couldnt. We had a team or 3 - Dean, Mark and Leyton and they were absolutely brilliant.
Careful and considerate with our stuff and worked their socks off all day - including lifting and shifting the snooker table. The team were just all so nice too - really personable and professional. Our move was so smooth thanks to Metro and I would totally recommend them and 100% use them again in future.

Metro removals were excellent. We had lots of delays with our exchange ( which apparently is quite normal!). Lee was very reassuring that he would fit us in as soon as we had a date, which he did. We used the packing service which was well worth it. The packers were unobtrusive, quick and excellent, as were the team who moved our belongings into our new house. We paid for the delay insurance, we did not get our keys until 4.30pm ( which would have cost us more had we not taken it)! To be highly recommended

Last October we moved to Norfolk and selected Metro Removals as a preferred removal company. This is the second time we have used them after experiencing their unrivalled service back in 2007. Moving in a pandemic was stressful enough but the communication and responsiveness of Lee was great and the price was reasonable (compared to competitors). The team on the day were professional, thorough and hard working and we were up and running to a new adventure.
At our new home access was not straight forward but they were brilliantly flexible and again worked hard to move us in without any issues. Would have no hesitation in recommending the team - selecting them a second time tells you everything about their service and I would use them again if I was in that area and moving.
