Terrible company. I would give them (-5) stars if I could We lost 20,000 worth of our sentimental and irreplaceable things in a fire and they only compensated us just over 1000. The cause of the fire was due to a complete lack of fire safety and having a styrofoam factory next door (one of the biggest fire risks on this planet). This was not information they divulged during their sales and onboarding.
They are negligent, irresponsible and take no accountability. Store your things here at your own risk and expect to never see it again. I hope this business goes bankrupt for that they've done to hundreds of people. They don't deserve anyone's money. They are a disgrace of a business

I also lost all of my belongings in the fire and also received no compensation. I was also refused a refund on my payments of the 6 months prior to the fire on the basis that they performed their duties during those months. I would avoid this company.

Storing.con is a fraudulent operation. Their entire facility had a fire late in 2019 that destroyed all of my belongings (and those of everyone else whose items were there), and their insurance company has refused to pay out even a nominal amount to cover my loss. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE COMPLETE FRAUDSTERS. I'm happy to speak directly to anyone online who has questions. If you do a simple Google search, you can find information online about the fire that occurred at their facility, which clearly was of poor construction and not fireproof.

Well we used these to store our stuff whilst moving home. All was going well, until we just found out that their warehouse has just been burnt down. Fire started next door. maybe not their fault but what fire prevention/suppression do they use. NONE quite obviously. We've lost everything! So if you want to use them, take out extra insurance.
