We booked John Lomas for our house move last month. They turned up on time, had full packing supplies with them and cracked on immediately. They were tidy, polite and so considerate of our belongings. We moved a lot of items which included delicates like Lego builds and everything arrived in great condition. Their pricing was very competitive and we'd definitely recommend a full move and packing service from them. TLDR: Amazing, affordable service.

I can't rate this company highly enough. Ian, Nigel and James went above and beyond, worked their socks off and treated our furniture and possessions with care - true professionals. Another man from the company named Stu joined halfway through, and he was equally as professional as his colleagues. They were all friendly and really nice guys - it genuinely was a pleasure to spend the day with them. Top blokes and a top company - five stars. If you're looking for a removal company, then look no further, these guys know what they're doing.

I contracted this company to help move my brother who has physical and learning disabilities. They came in, packed everything and removed the furniture etc within a couple of hours, and then placed all of the furniture etc in his new home. Very understanding of the situation, sympathetic and respectful of my brother and his condition. Thank you to Laura and team.

Whole experience from start to finish has been trouble free and stress free. Right from initial contact with office staff to the two removals men who came today Mick and Rob. Both were pleasant, friendly and couldn't do enough to help. Highly recommend this company and a very big thank you for helping my mums move such a breeze.

I'm not usually one for posting anything on Facebook but we've recently had a bad experience & I wanted to make sure no one else has the same.as moving house is stressful enough! We booked John lomas on the understanding our move date would be today (18th June). They asked for payment of a deposit upfront (40%) which was fine, but then the final. balance 10 working days before the moving date, which I now understand from speaking to many other removal companies is just unreasonable as more often than not, things fall through at the last minute, which in our case happened. We've managed to salvage 60% of what we paid but that's still an awful lot of money and the office manager was really.

Moving from Wolverhampton to Suffolk. Called to arrange quotation house removal 5 bed detached. The female who answered the phone 11th January 2021 3pm was so rude half way through giving my details I said I'm going to leave it. She refused to give me her name when asked. Despite having my name number and details. I called back same female answered still refused to give me her name.
Absolutely shocked how rude and uninterested she was very off hand with me. Really rude. Horrible person to deal with. Avoid at all costs. If this is how they treat you on the phone gives you an idea they just don't care at all.

Just absolutely brilliant. The guys worked their socks off for 2 days. We could not have moved without them, they took the stress out of everything. Having had a very bad experience with another removal company previously I was nervous what to expect but the team who moved us were fantastic. I honestly Cannot thank them enough. Thank you so much!
