Can I access my storage outside office hours?
Access is limited to office hours: 9am–5pm Mon–Fri, 9am–12pm Sat. 24/7 security monitoring is provided.
What identification is required to rent a unit?
Two forms of ID: one for name (passport/driving licence) and one for address (utility bill/bank statement).
Is insurance included for stored items?
Insurance isn't included but is recommended. Customers can arrange coverage through home contents policies or third-party providers.
Can I change container sizes after renting?
Yes, transfers to different sizes are allowed subject to availability without additional notice requirements.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit/debit cards, cheques, BACS, and standing orders. Cash payments are not accepted for ongoing rentals.

We have used Bude self storage twice and have found the service to be brilliant. Everything is easy to arrange and you can get to your storage any time during the day. They have a lovely new office where you can see that the containers are under CCTV.
