I rented a large unit for a year. All units are outside and self service. Make sure your unit has been insulated, most have now. Plastic covers for mattresses and material items are available on site. Site is unmanned but under 24 HR CCTV. I was very pleased when I took out all my belongings and they were all bone dry and no damp having gone through winter and lots of heavy rain.

I have a unit at their Bridgwater office as well as here. When I rented the unit at Taunton, I had no hesitation in using UK Storage again as I have always found the staff very helpful. The units are clean and secure. Would always recommend them if asked.

From my initial enquiry and throughout my storage stay, the customer service I've received every time I've contacted the office has been excellent, and always resolved any enquiry I had. My unit was a great size and dry all year round. Secure access gate reassured me my unit was protected, and the site at Norton Fitzwarren was always clean and tidy. I'd recommend UK Storage for a secure, clean and reliable storage solution, with an extremely friendly service from Emma, Josh and the team.

First time needed storage and was a bit apprehensive. All my niggles and worries were taken care of by a really brilliant, professional company through their staff who put you at your ease. All questions and concerns were dealt with by a courteous team everything explained, so l could book the correct size unit etc. The storage base and unit was immaculate and felt safe and secure. Fantastic service from this company - have used for the last year or so, and used a number of units, upgrading in size as required - staff are always very very helpful and responsive and the facility is always spotless. Well lit, easy 24hr access if you need it, and units are also clean and dry. All this and the best prices as well. Can't recommend enough.

This is an excellent facility clean and safe. I had storage for 7 weeks and I felt confident that it was dry and safe from damage. The staff at the end of the telephone were always helpful and polite and explained everything in full so I knew where I was at all times.

Very, very impressed. Easy to use, incredibly clean and tidy and all issues dealt with immediately. Always someone helpful on the end of the phone which was great when we needed to switch to a bigger unit. Couldn't ask for more.

There experience is what you would hope for. All staff are helpful and friendly. The facility was clean, modern and efficient. The fact that the facility is remotely staffed is positive, I felt relaxed that I wasn't under any pressure, nobody waiting on me. Cost wise it was competitive because of the 1/2 price first 2 months. I would have perhaps gone elsewhere without this deal but I would not have had the same service perhaps. They would be an automatic choice in future

Moving house is stressful enough, we were downsizing and needed storage to hold belongings until we knew what was staying or going. These guys were great, brilliant communication, easy process and when we needed to downsize our unit they were very helpful in arranging this too. Entry to the unit easy to use and we are very happy with the service and price.

I have used this storage facility on three occasions over the last two years, and the standard of not only the facilities, but the customer service is outstanding. Staff at this company clearly all have the same high level of training, and have superb interpersonal skills. Any queries, no matter how small, are no problem. Not sure about something? Give them a call. In addition to this, the level of security awareness is second to none. Across the board, this company has not let us down, and I do not hesitate to recommend them.

Needing a storage facility in Plymouth then don't waste time looking elsewhere. My Wife and I needed a storage unit locally for an unspecified time. I contacted UK storage among others. I was delighted with their quote and brilliantly flexible terms and approach to business. On occasions where I needed outside of hours access for a nominal charge no problem. The unit was clean, water tight and well. signed as was the whole site.
At the conclusion of my rental following my move to France my account was in credit. This was promptly refunded to my bank account with no chasing. Evey member of staff who I spoke to was a great ambassador for the Company. All in all based on my experience UK Storage Company will take some beating. I highly recommend them and thank them for a great experience.

The service, storage unit and secure storage facility with UK Storage was excellent. When ringing and speaking to them they were always friendly, courteous, and quick to sort anything out. The key code didn't work for access one morning, a quick phone call and despite some technical challenges it was sorted in minutes. Highly recommended and I will definitely use again if needed.
