Everyone at Low Fell have been so very kind to me in dealing with the storage, and removal of the contents of my house that I shared with my late husband. Unfortunately Lowell removals added a great deal of stress on my move day. There was a a complete breakdown of communication between the removal team and head office. The removal had not been given an itinerary of where items were going despite extensive discussions with the office prior to move day. This caused confusion and delays. One of the removal guys had an injury and couldn't lift heavy items which resulted in disputes between the team.
I received no response to my feedback to the manger after the move which is reflective of the overall customer service provided by Lowell removals. Strongly advise others to avoid a similar situation and choose another firm.

These 2 lads that moved me today were excellent went way beyond to help me move into my pensioner bungalow. Nothing was a problem to them as well as having a joke and a bit silliness it cheered my morning as i like to laugh also thanks once again for making my morning stress free.
