Top marks to the Pooleys team Pat and Ed who moved us today. Arrived earlier than expected, worked really hard, treated our belongings with care and respect. excellent sense of humour, but maintained polite and professional attitude. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone moving house in the future.

Received a quote that was inaccurate and missing information. Asked for reasons why they say they are more expensive than everyone else and wasn't given an answer. The quote itself was poorly presented and the quantity suggested that I had to move was grossly over exaggerated. Had to go back and forth a number of times until I said enough was enough. Not a great experience even before the removal stage.
