Business Services
Report
Restructuring, rationalising and reorganisation, whether for growth or even contraction, can often mean a need to move staff, offices, computer installations, physical assets and documentation, and at Dolphin we can offer professional business removals for companies of all sizes. We understand that there can often be an 'international dimension' to commercial removals in today's global economy and our business relocation services are aimed at assisting your business to take advantage of new and emerging markets by helping you to establish a physical presence wherever you may need it.
Employee moving services
Report
Business removals involve a lot more than simply moving desks, equipment and filing cabinets - it usually also involves relocating a number of employees. For the employees concerned, your commercial removals also mean moving home at the same time; and if it is an overseas move this can involve a big personal upheaval.

At best, extremely disorganised. At worst, disingenuous and dishonest. I paid extra for an express service to have my car shipped from London to northern Cyprus. I was told that my car would be loaded on to the container the day I dropped the car off with Dolphin, or at the latest the following day. It took 8 days for my car to be loaded and only then because I looked up my cars location via its tracker and realised that it was in the exact same spot that I had left it.
At no point in these 8 days did anyone from Dolphin contact me. Upon chasing Dolphin I was given a variety of different excuses/stories, many of which contradicted what I had been told previously. They finally settled on delays being due to covid related driver shortages (very convenient and strange that the same shortages didn't effect my belongings which were sent with a different provider (euromed) and happened to depart and arrive on time).
When I requested an entirely reasonable partial refund on the premium I had paid for the express service, they had zero interest. In addition, I found cigarette ash in my car when it eventually did arrive in Cyprus (I don't smoke) and there were some low value items missing from the glove compartment. Do yourself a favour and use euromed (or any other provider).

I used this company to move from UK to Australia they never paid the bill to export so my stuff was sitting at docks for three months when I finally got my stuff there was so much missing the locks ha been changed I put a claim in with them and followed every procedure and ten yrs on still nothing there was over $10,000 of stuff that was listed not oin the container. DO NOT EVER USE THIS Company. Whilst they were packing I also noticed I had jewellery missing but they said as I could not prove it was stolen by the Packers they couldn't do anything. given the fact we were leaving the country the next day the police couldn't do anything

Very good storage business with attention to detail. Delivered couple of pallets of Gateway Foods products from Scotland for distribution in London. They received it, stored and despatch accordingly without any issue. The staff were very friendly and helpful at a drop of hat when we visited during our London distribution. I will use them again and again if the need arise and recommend them for anyone wishing to use their services.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! PLEASE DO NOT LISTEN TO THE FAKE POSITIVE REVIEWS! I wish we hadn't listened to the positive reviews. Having used Dolphine for our move from the UK to Cypurs, I can't emphasise enough how terrible the whole experience was! Where do I start, our move happened in two very drawn out parts, we were over charged and they definitely under delivered.
We paid a huge premium of 13,000 for a full "hassle free"packing and moving services by professionals who were suppose to care for your items and instead we got damaged goods and a bunch of cowboys. So many of our items ended up ruined partly because every time they arrived on site they didn't come with enough packing material and just 'made do' which meant our items were not packed properly. NO BUBBLE WRAP WAS USED!
Which removal company doesn't use bubble wrap?! The language barrier with the team was also very frustrating as you were not able to explain what needed extra packing. The site foreman was the only one who spoke English and every time I asked for something to be wrapped with extra care ie our tv and art work I was told to "TRUST THEM" and they bragged about moving a celebrities house and "they knew what they were doing".
I then found out all their workers were subcontracted so they really couldn't care less. Having unloaded our items abroad it was clear to see Dolphin were totally incapable of carrying out the job we were promised and our TV was smashed to pieces, our dryer was split down the middle and all of our one off hand blown vases / ceramics were smashed, many expensive clothing items and hats were crushed and damaged just to name a few.
Every box was labels incorrectly despite us adding sticky notes to all the rooms and all the cupboards so it's easier to unpack on the other side which was totally ignored. Everyday the team arrived hours late and were were very unprofessional. I was told many of our items were going to be packaged and protected at the warehouse which as we unpacked abroad found out it was a total lie.
The management team in the offices are no better, unhelpful, rude and just placed the blame with the project foreman and wipes his hands with it. Now Dolphine won't take liability for all the damage caused due to the lack of care and service provided by their team at Dolphin. I can only recommend you avoid this company like the plague! If I could give 0 stars I would! Save your money and go else where.

I have moved to northern Cyprus and used dolphin in the removal process. I paid for the best service they had to offer and ended up paying over 13k for the job. They assured me they had moved A listers and top end clients and my goods would be wrapped on site by professional staff who were extremely skilled and experienced. My goods were damaged, they did not use a single bubble wrap and wrapped my new 85inc TV with brown paper.
They managed to crack my dryer in half! No office is taking responsibility, not London or northern Cyprus. These guys are not professional, I have tried to contact the MD and apparently his too busy to deal with such issues. Honestly I never write reviews because there are a lot of keyboard heroes who moan about everything but in this case I cannot believe the money I was charged and the service we received.
They charged me for 2 containers and could have done the job in one. On top of that they placed other people's cars into my container and charged me and them for the job! This is robbery. Absolutely have no words. There are other companies you could use, do not use Dolphin, I have them so many chances and my time to rectify the issues and they don't even have the decency to answer calls or return calls, emails, etc.

Dolphin had been recommended to us by a couple who had moved out to Dalyan Turkey, so we where happy to go ahead. Well what a super team that arrived. They were efficient and very careful packing our worldly goods. They worked hard and we enjoyed their company. So thanks guys you all have been very professional and a pleasure to work with. Lets hope it is a easy the other end in Turkey. We will recommend you to any others that moving.

A very professional, helpful and efficient company from start to finish. I had my belongings shipped from north cyprus to the UK with no issues what so ever. I was assisted throughout the whole process of getting all paperwork in order (on both sides) it was relieving knowing there was someone there to assist me at all times. All my belongings arrived intact. I am very happy with Dolphin movers and would recommend them without hesitation.

Awful service. Dolphin was one of four companies involved in shipping my car from Cyprus to London, which arrived damaged. Don't know why 4 companies are needed to ship a car, but anyway. All four (1st Move International, Dolphin Movers, Autoshippers and Cyprus Logistics) showed no care as to the damage and none took the responsibility. Reported the damage when picking up, but obviously have been told that it already arrived like that - the usual story.

Dolphin contacted me to say that port security had selected my container for X-Ray, and to pay an additional charge of 50. I was promised the supporting documentation for this charge, but never received it. Dolphin held my goods hostage until I paid, also warning that delay would cause additional storage costs. I continued to ask for supporting documentation (how do I know this is not extortion?) but never received any.
Then my shipment sat in storage for many, many weeks, until double the estimated delivery time was reached. I wrote lots of emails and made almost 30 calls to Dolphin during this time to try get things moving, all ignored. Finally, a truck arrives at 9.30pm at night, and the driver, who speaks no English, is reluctant to unload. We did most of it ourselves.
We were expecting a moving company with two crew to place our goods where directed in our home, not a single, surly, unhelpful driver. Then the driver deposited two fork-lift pallets and all the wrapping material in my driveway, and refused to take it away. Finally, after 3 calls to his dispatch in Poland - who were very rude - and a lot of hand waving, he finally clears my driveway.
In the weeks since then, I was promised a refund - and the X-Ray docs, of course - but have received absolutely nothing. With Dolphin, you can expect surprise extra charges without documentation, your goods to be held hostage (possibly charging you for the storage!) until you pay these extortionate fees, double the delivery time than offered, and delivery at night by an unprofessional subcontractor, to carry your goods yourself, and be left with a pile of rubbish on your driveway when done.

Considering the numerous reviews here, I can relate with my experience I had with Dolphin Movers. However, unlike the others, mine has a happy ending. I'll start with the bad part first. It started out rough. My shipment was sent to Dolphin Movers by another shipping company from the U.S. Out of the blue I was told by Dolphins that there was a shipment possible for my things but it would be leaving in two days and because all my paperwork was not in, I would miss the shipment.
Which meant that I would have to wait several months later with my valuables. It was dead of winter and I and my family had no winter clothing! If I had been warned ahead of time maybe I could have faxed the information quickly to prepare for the shipment. Therefore, the company lacked in assisting me in the most efficient way possible. Not only that, they became belligerent when I questioned the way they handled the situation. Afterwards, I continued to call about when my shipment would arrive. Also, after reading all the "bad" reviews, I was in panic mode. Finally, a date came up; however, if I hadn't inquired about the date, that would have been missed as well as they made no effort to inform me or to let me know if all my paperwork was in order.
I HAD TO ASK! Finally after going through months of despair, the shipping date was planned. To Dolphin's credit, they didn't charge me any storage fees and they assured my that my things were in safe hands. The shipping date arrived and lo and behold my things arrived, on the date and time they said it would! There was one glitch, as the truck stated that Dolphins had not paid so they couldn't take my things off the truck.
I couldn't believe it! However, Dolphin handled it beautifully and the movers were able to take my things off the truck. By the way, the movers were as courteous as can be. However, the drama still wasn't over. It was time for inspection. I was expecting the worse! Surprisingly, EVERYTHING WAS THERE NOT EVEN A GLASS BROKEN! Therefore, I have a happy ending even though the road was a bit rough.
I would recommend using Dolphin; however, YOU have to stay on the case in order to keep abreast of what's happening. However, I don't believe they are outright shysters. Nonetheless, a bit more professionalism would help! But they are fine.!

Horrible - My company from the USA worked with them (i did not know) - a single guy showed up in my house with no cart and no help to unload the stuff and had only called 3 hours in advance and came a day too early which was a nightmare for me and my family to coordinate. He took 5 hours to unload and several of my stuff were damaged. He did not want to leave the items inside the house and he finally left the pallets at the entrance of the building which is not allowed despite I asked him several times not to do it. A disaster.

Horrible experience. I moved from abroad last June and during the move they damaged my house. Furthermore some items were broken or had missing parts. I took photos of the damage and their foreman signed the report and pictures. Before they left, their head office promised to come back with their suggestion on how to fix the damage within a couple of days. Since then nothing, they have completely ignored emails, phone calls etc. What a disgrace. Be very careful and just stay away!
