To be clear did use this company for removal. My encounter was a result of one of their lorries blocking Hitchin Rd up at Round green Luton. The lorry was blocking one side of what is already a narrow road for the volume of traffic. This obstruction caused a 45 minute delay to traffic which tailed back to the A6. I called the office and was essentially told to the best of my understanding that there is nothing they can do as they need to park the lorry somewhere. I was told to think of it as a delays caused by a bin lorry. I don't believe it to be the same. Very rude experience in my opinion and deserving of the poor feedback.

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, Responsiveness Removals driver blocked my street for 4 hours and shouted abuse at me as soon as I parked which didn't affect him what so ever very unprofessional blocking a road when their were spaces closer down the road that were closer to the house and then shout abuse to residents of the street

We couldn't be more satisfied with the service received. The crew were extremely accommodating and helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Our move was unusual as we were moving my 78 year old mum into a retirement bungalow on the same day we were moving. I was especially pleased with how friendly, helpful and reassuring they were to her which made what could have been an upsetting and stressful experience into a very stress free one. We pass on our gratitude to the whole team and can't recommend Stephens enough.

Stephens were brilliant. We would highly recommend them. Super friendly and helpful - and very patient with our long list of questions! Nothing was too much of a problem and everyone that we had the pleasure to deal with was brilliant. The removal team were fantastic - really positive, an amazing can-do attitude and they made what could have. been a stressful day a really good experience. Our belongings had to go into storage for a while in between moving out and moving in, but this process was really well managed, and despite total uncertainty as to our move date, the Stephens team were really flexible and were able to ensure that we got our belongings back as soon as we could. We really would recommend Stephens and thank them hugely for all their help and support during our move.
