Cant fault them. Moved house 4 times with them. Not to be confused with J Upton. NOT the same company

A little late in posting this review.sorry! Glyn Upton's removal firm did an excellent move for us the last week of November. Instead of a 2 day move they spread it to 4 days to restrict any issues with COVID to keep the number of men to a minimum. The 2 Richards were extremely helpful and professional in their work and we couldn't praise them more. We highly recommend this removal firm.

I booked the services of this company weeks prior to the move, rejected the offer of a deposit, and less than a week before completion, they gave my slot to someone else, claiming that they hadn't had heard from me for a few days. It was over a bank holiday weekend and the earliest I could confirm details with the solicitor was the following Tuesday. I'd spoken to them a few days before to explain the situation and made it clear that it would all be resolved at that solicitor's meeting.

To drop the booking at such short notice left me in a desperate predicament, which was fortunately resolved by another company, which provided more vehicles, an extra day and staff for the same cost. I would suggest that Glynn Uptons is not safe to be relied upon.
