I recently sent some items to Jamaica and after shipping I came to my attention that I had enclosed the wrong address and phone number on my account, I call transpak shipping and it was sorted out in no time, I even received calls and text messages out of office hours to keep me informed about the contact between Jamaica and the Uk. Excellent service thanks you guys very much, one very happy customer.
