Clear, friendly, accessible service. Included use of the van is very useful, but make sure you are well prepared with your ID and documents beforehand. Very necessary! Were a great help when I needed to move all my stuff in very quickly, so they're also good when you're in a pinch! My recommendation doesn't come lightly and these get it.

Excellent service - used a unit at the Kingstown site October 2021 - Feb 2022. Lots of coming and going to gradually clear and sort stuff. Staff invariably friendly and helpful. Fork lift and operator available for heavy lifting when needed. The Kingstown site well placed for access to and from M6. Would use again and recommend.

Brilliant service from Scott's. Guys and lady in the office are helpful and advised on the best size storage for my items. Used the Scott's van for moving my items back out of storage which was straight forward enough to hire. Facilities in the centre of Carlisle and just off the M6 at Kingstown. We needed a storage unit for items we weren't shipping to Switzerland straight away. Spoke to Scott's who advised me of the right size unit needed. We opted for a unit in the Kingstown Building on the 1st floor. Everything as seamless from start to finish. There is also a an that you can use to move bigger items (Certain conditions need to be met but not much different from hiring a car!). If larger items need to be moved onto the 1st floor you can also arrange a forklift at no extra charge. Scott's made everything so simple!

I have used Scott Storage at Rome Street, Carlisle since April this year following moving from a large property to a smaller one. I needed time to redistribute my belongings and this facility allowed me to do so over the past months and downsize the container when appropriate to my needs. The staff there were not only helpful but friendly and understanding - I would recommend them without hesitation and would definitely use them again in the future. Thanks guys!
