Everything was planned to perfection and went so smoothly - we could not have done it without them and can't thank them enough. They are reliable, professional, friendly and go above and beyond. I used their services for an auction to be collected and then sent to my address. I have used many services like this before but Clarks of Amersham was the best by far. Their customer support through email was amazing, the price was beyond competitive (much much less than other quotes from other companies) and the packing was the best too. There was no way the items were going to be damaged in transit they professionally packed and protected everything. The service was also fast too. An easy 5/5 experience and company.

Although not the cheapest quote we decided to choose Clarks of Amersham as a result of their good reviews, members of the British Association of Removers and Quality Assured Service Standards. I would highly recommend. Our survey was completed by Lee Cox, he was very professional throughout the survey and talked us through each process. On the day of the house removal, all four of the operatives that attended were punctual, engaging and friendly.

I would like to personally thank Kevin and Harry, both had to travel all the way from London to our new address in the Highlands, Scotland. However, despite this very long journey they remained professional and cheerful throughout. I cannot recommend this company enough. Thank you for making the house move less stressful.

Really impressed with the service! The team that packed our house were professional, tidy and nothing was too much trouble (especially at the new property). To cap it all the price quoted was significantly cheaper than the other quotes we had. I would recommend Clarks to anyone wishing to move house.

Fantastic Service and work ethic. We had a large amount of items packed into our home and for 4 days they did not stop. Unfortunately the people whos home we were moving into did not have Clarks and had to leave items behind as they could not fit them in the van. This meant that we were delayed in being able to start unloading, this did not both Clarks they just kept going till they had got to where they needed to be for that day.

Highly recommend. Great service, respectful, careful and solid. They go above and beyond to help you out. Brought loads of boxes in case we needed them (turns out we did!). And their boxes were more more robust than those bought on Amazon so now we use them to move us again! #savingtheplanet I wish they were up north as well.

I have just used Clarks for a pack and removal, I can honestly say they were fantastic throughout the process, the guys packing were quick, thoughtful and friendly, and were exactly the same the following day with the removals, they were a pleasure to work with and also value for money. for what is a stressful time, they made it very easy and I always had total confidence in their work.

We can't fault Clarks in any way. We had the Complete home packing & moving service. Harry and Jason worked tirelessly on day one of packing and again on moving day when they were also joined by JJ. They were professional and courteous at all times. I was happy with the cost as it definitely represented good value for us. Everything was packed well. Harry made sure to explain everything to us clearly and friendly throughout the whole process. We definitely recommend Clarks!

I used Clarks to move the contents of my 3 bedroom semi after 26 years living in the house. Rick and Jason who packed and transported my belongings were excellent. Friendly, professional and efficient. I recommend them wholeheartedly

We used Clarks for a house clearance as they work in partnership with Amersham Auctions. We received efficient and friendly service throughout. The property was totally cleared as agreed and care had obviously been taken as there was no damage to woodwork or decoration and no rubbish or oddments left on site. Keys were collected and returned to the estate agent as agreed meaning that we didn't need to be present during the clearance. We would recommend them as a trustworthy ad reliable local company.

I have moved 26 times, and this has been one of the worst services I have received. Once we had moved I noticed that my plants/pots had not been brought with us. I called the office and spoke to a couple of people and then got the office manager Ben, he was not helpful and quite arrogant on the call and did not offer a solution. I then emailed the owner and explained the situation.

I had to go back the next day to hand the keys over and was asked to take the plants, they couldn't stay as new tenants were moving in. I suffer with Fibromyalgia and had to lift the plants into my car, ruining a jacket which was now covered in green mold. The car was covered in dirt and I have scratched the leather seats. That evening I did get a response from the owner offering to deliver my plants, I explained what had happened that day and I had got the plants - although not through the service that I paid for.

I have emailed Mr Clark (the owner) and asked him for some comments on his service, to date I have not had a reply. We moved 4 weeks ago. We did have some damage to some furniture which we have had fixed at our cost as my husband will not deal with this company again. Very disappointing service.

Moved house just three weeks ago. We had an excellent team of men from Clarks. They were cheerful, polite and courteous all through the day. All the boxes arrived in the correct rooms and they asked about where the furniture should go. Everything arrived safely and the men took great care with our possessions. They are to be highly recommended.

I would like to say how impressed we were with the crew who carried out our recent removal. We were looking for removal firms in Beaconsfield and found Clarks. The job of unloading our goods into the storage facility took sometime they carried on without flagging and with unfailing professionalism and good humour, achieving a miracle of packing a quart into a pint pot. Thank you, we highly recommend them.

We recently used Clarks of Amersham removals for a house move. Great team of guys. Professional, efficient nothing too much trouble. Horrible day with pouring rain but they kept everything dry. Really glad we had the full house pack don't think we could have done it all ourselves. Highly recommend them to anyone. Ben who we dealt with in the office was great too.
