I cant praise Santa Removals enough, brilliant service and a pleasant cheerful team, nothing was too much trouble, it was a wet rainy day moving us from Ullesthorpe to Sutton- in-Ashfield, they put sheets down everywhere and left the place spotless. Everything was moved with absolute care, no damage, dings or scapes. We would highly recommend Santa removals.

Santa removals - I would highly recommend top service from Mailkls and the other lad that was with him. They helped me move house and were careful and respectful with everything. My partner accidentally left her keys in a bag that went on the van first and when asked if we could possibly find the bag and get the keys, they got them straight away with no fuss or problems. Very polite and very reliable moving company.

Santa Removals stepped and saved the day last week with my house move. Due late exchange and original movers not expecting to go ahead, they could now longer do the move. Santa Removal we quick to organise a team, get an additional van and turned a little over an hour after I called them. They worked extremely hard to get the house packed as fast possible worked to 9:30pm to unpack at new house. They were professional, friendly and provided a great service at such short notice. Highly recommend them.

From the initial visit to quote we were confident a good job would be done and by far the most reasonable quote. On the 9th December 5 mins early 2 young men turned up. They were brilliant, never stopped, packed 2 vans in 2 hours drove to new house and unpacked even quicker they completed the task with respect to both properties and with a polite, friendly demeanour many thanks

One word - perfect. Santa Removals moved us today. Arrived on time with 2 vans and 2 people, had a quick survey of what's going and what's not. A 3 bed house with a lot of stuff and large sofas as well as half a garage full of boxes loaded into the vans in 75 mins. A few mins drive down the road to the new house, all items kept where requested. Clean dust sheets used in the new house.

Polite, prompt, respectful to the property with good sensible packing. Sandis and the team were with us for 2 days packing and then moving us. Amazing work ethic and couldn't do enough to make the move as easy as possible. Also amazing pricing in comparison to the big national companies. Couldn't recommend enough.

Santa Removals are simply the best!! We have moved house twice using their packing and removals service, and each time it has really been so straightforward. My wife was pregnant the first time we moved, so having their help with the move was invaluable. We then kept 50% of our stuff in storage with them whilst in temp accommodation, until the 2nd move where they packed the temp house and brought across what was in storage. Again, absolute 5 star service from Gatis and the team, I could not recommend them anymore. Ive never come across a harder working bunch of fellas, I couldnt believe how relentless they were and the speed they got everything done! Very very impressive. They are willing to go the extra mile, including staying till 8 pm to complete the move after travelling 2 hours up north. The best removals company out there by far

We were so happy with how our house move went with Santa. It was so lovely to not have to lift a finger once we'd packed up our flat - the Santa team handled everything, even disassembling and reassembling our furniture, quickly, efficiently and professionally. We used Santa Removals for a local house move. One of the reasons is because they weren't pushy after giving us a quote.
The quote was given after a virtual survey of our house using a secured link.
They provided excellent pre-move customer service and were extremely helpful when our move date was pushed back a couple of times.
On the actual day the guys arrived on time and carefully loaded the van in 1.5 hours without stopping for a break.
On arriving at our new house, they checked where boxes and furniture needed to go and they put heavy/bulky items in the right spot.
Nothing was damaged.
The guys were professional, polite, and were quick without cutting corners.
We would definitely recommend them- an excellent customer service experience from start to finish. It's clear they take pride in their work.

I did put a post on in April but it doesnt appear to be on here. I cannot recommend Santa removals enough. Gatis was unbelievably charming, friendly, easy going and helpful from his initial video call to the day he actually arrived at the door to move us. I was terrified about the whole process. Annabelle was wonderful on the phone too.
Gatis worked so fast never stopping smiling and being so friendly throughout. The price was far more affordable than the majority of companies with no hidden extra costs! I was so impressed that Gatis also set up my washing machine the other end.

Santa Removals were an absolute dream to work with! We moved from a 3-bed to a 5-bed at the end of February, and the whole process was smooth and stress-free. Their pricing is super competitive, and Annabelle was incredibly responsiveno question was too small, and she kept me informed every step of the way.
The team arrived at 10am, worked hard loading the vans, and stayed until 6pm even though we only got our keys after 3pm. They were respectful, careful with our belongings, and even covered the floors. We really appreciated being given a quiet moment to say a prayer before entering our new homeno pressure, no rushing.

Due to solicitors shenanigans they ended up moving my belongings three times! I had many conversations with the lady in the office about new dates suggested by the solicitors only to have to call her back again and again as solicitors kept moving the goal posts. She was relaxed and understanding which eased my stress and kept me sane.
The removal team worked really well together loading my belongings secure and safe in the van, then unloading and confirming where to place. There were a couple of items to dismantle and rebuild which they did, no problem. A dropped floor under the kitchen surface made installing the washing machine difficult but using the right tilt and constantly adjusting the feet height meant they found a route in. I didn't think the machine was going in so well done and thanks.

Would highly recommend Santa Removals to anyone moving house. Annabelle was great from the very first contact to moving day. We had lots of changes from solicitors & ended up exchanging & completing on the same day , but nothing was to much trouble for Annabelle, who even answered messages & booked us in over the weekend when she wasnt working. The lads on the day were great, even moving my mums 50 pots & garden ornaments without complaining . Thank you Santa Removals for a stress-free move for my mum :)

I cant recommend this removal company enough. The whole chain informally agreed we would all vacate the day after completion (it was during covid and the day the stamp duty freeze ended hence the informality) but then last minute our buyer backed out of the deal meaning we had 12 hours to get out but nowhere to go and no removals till the next day. I phoned Santa Removals in a bit of an emotional state and they were incredible. They worked overtime, managed to get our trucks a day early and got the job done with hours to spare. They were kind, efficient and professional. Despite the rush everything was packed perfectly and no damage at all.

Absolutely fantastic service. The two lads were stars the entire day, moving our heaviest furniture and items from a third floor flat across Leicester to our new house.
They were incredibly careful the entire time, relentless at their work, and did two entire trips and rebuilt furniture all within 5 and a half hours.
I'd recommend these guys to anyone, it made moving day a dream.

Used these guys to move locally. Turned up on a bank holiday, no extra cost, and packed my four bedroom house in just 4, hours, by just 2 guys. Turned up next day nice and early for the move. Just 2 guys again! I thought they'll never get it done but my God those guys worked their rear ends off. Hottest day of the year but they worked their socks off. They were professional, speedy, careful and so polite. I can't recommend this company highly enough. If I move again I won't hesitate to use these guys again.

I used Santa Removals for the first time this year, I have used big national removal companies previously when moving home, however I can honestly say that Santa stand out for me as one of the best I have used. My house move was delayed significantly throughout the year and I gave Santa 1 week notification of my completion date, they still accomodated me, they were friendly and professional from start to finish. The guys that came to my house to do the packing and the moving were absolutely excellent. I felt fully informed, they planned and communicated everything clearly and were a pleasure to have in my home. My items were looked after. I cant rate this company enough!! Use them you will not regret it!! And I'm really fussy

I am not one for writing reviews but this company are absolutely amazing. They took so much stress away on move day. Professional, friendly, hard working team. Careful but efficient job performed by the team over two days (the first day was packing our 3 bedroomed house up, and the second was loading the vans and then unloading at the new property). No breakages or damages. Sheets laid down in the new property for the team to walk into the different rooms and so protecting the carpet. Special protectors used for mattresses, TVs and Fridge/Freezer. Would certainly recommend to others.
