I can't fault Brittainia Cestrian who, from quote to the delivery to my new house across country have given a first class service. A three day move that went without a hitch and delivery men that were professional, hard-working , considerate and friendly . Excellent service from start to finish of move. The staff took the stress out of the process. Nothing was too much trouble for the packing or removal teams. All were exceptionally hard workers. Packing boxes were collected from the new property within 24 hours of a request being made, again everyone involved with that part of the system were brilliant. Very professional, courteous and friendly staff from the start (house survey via Zoom) right through the moving process, to the very end of a rather complicated move. Relieved a lot of the headaches of moving day, although I can't really comment on price (as Britannia were the only people to reply to my short notice request, so didn't get other quotes) I couldn't recommend highly enough.

We used Britannia Cestrian on 1st Sept for our house move from Chester. They were very professional and efficient from start to finish. We were visited by them under strict covid rules in order to gain an understanding of our requirements and to provide a quote and were dealt with as human beings throughout the process. Delivery of packing materials was timely and when I ran out of packing paper (I packed myself due to covid restrictions) they were on the ball sending more out.
We had a provisional date which kept moving but along the way they did their best to help us. Finally moving day arrived and the removers were just outstanding. I am so glad we got the professionals in. On arrival at our new property everything was left clean and tidy and not one item was damaged. Our clothes were even hung in the wardrobe. All in all a very positive experience during a very stressful time. Thank you all very much. Huge thumbs up from us.

Britannia helped us move house a couple of weeks ago and would recommend them to all family and friends. Stressful day that was professionally managed with nothing being too much trouble and helped to put our minds at ease. Well equipped vehicles and protection for all valuables that has confirmed we made the perfect choice in appointing Britannia. Had various other quotes, a few cheaper however they did not instil confidence as they were reluctant to physically survey our home. Do not self-assess your needs as we got ours totally wrong.

What an invaluable service provided by Britannia - we literally could not have done this without them and whilst there are many others that do removals, I have to comment how extremely efficient, courteous, hardworking and professional these guys were. They took care of everything and packed up loads of extra loose bits, dismantled furniture, wrapped mirrors, wrapped mattresses and moved everything without one single bit of damage.
They worked like machines and unloaded everything into specific rooms at the new place. Money well spent and I would not hesitate using them again. Very polite and professional team of workers - Thank you.

Britannia were very good. We had a 2-day pack and move package and they turned up on time, packed everything efficiently and got it all moved quicker than i've had in the past. We chose Britannia as they seemed the most professional of the three removal companies that we approached. They were clearly experienced in moving long distances across the country. They did not disappoint. The removal men could not have been more helpful or considerate. Our new house does not have the easiest of access but they coped admirably. I would thoroughly recommend them - indeed we have done do to our nephew and his wife who are moving south soon.

I would highly recommend Britannia Cestrian. They have assisted me with various library moves over the last few years within in Cheshire including Storyhouse and more recently in Flintshire. They are highly organised and handle the book stock and specialist items with real care. They are always helpful and professional and nothing is ever too much trouble. My wife and I were very happy with the service provided right from the first contact with the request for a quote to the offer to collect the boxes and packing materials after we have finally moved into our new home. Special mention needs to be made for the driver who was loading and unloading during the hottest days of the year. He was courteous, considerate and friendly at all times.
He and the team coped very well with the move into our fourth floor flat - they were careful not cause any marks to the recently refurbished entrance foyer for the block of flats.

When the time came to move it back, they were my first point of contact, and I wasn't disappointed. Their quote was competitive, they handled all the arrangements and contacts at the Turkish end, and my possessions were delivered back to my Uk home this week. I would not hesitate to use them again, and would thoroughly recommend them.

Moved at the end of April. Packing up was very smooth - the two guys worked steadily all day until the job was done. Didn't get keys to the new house until 4pm (!) due to some unforeseen complications with payments from our buyers solicitors. The three guys from Britannia Cestrian were absolutely brilliant and worked incredibly hard to get all our stuff unpacked from the vans. A big thank you to them. Thoroughly recommend the service. Office staff particularly Wes & Andrea were really helpful & the company were able to move us with only four days notice which was really appreciated. The removal teams were brilliant packing everything really well. They even managed to dismantle a particularly awkward bed which after they rebuilt it is better than ever. I can highly recommend Britannia, we recently moved house in Chester and used their service. They turned up on time and had the contents loaded into the van in no time. I had the full packing service which I would also recommend. The staff both in the office and the guys who did the moving were all very friendly and efficient. If they said they'd call back they did and they arrived on time to complete the move.

Used Britannia for the first time a couple of weeks ago. Very happy all round, good contact with head office when needed, lads were very cheerful and helpful. They really struggled with a wardrobe refusing to fit around staircase. eventually they stripped it down to smaller sections to complete the move. Would definitely recommend to any friends.
