Great and well secured storage place. I have been using self-storage unit for couple of months and service was outstanding. They offer variety of different storage units so everyone can find perfect fit. Peaks Storehouse team was always kind and helpful. I would highly recommend!

Absolutely terrible customer experience, the only reason I did not move companies is because I live abroad and it would have been a massive inconvenience. I asked for a 24/7 locker and was told I would have to move my belongings to another floor. This would have proven to be expensive and time consuming. There was absolutely no logical reason why they could not have permitted 24/7 access for the existing unit.
Previously at my unit with Big yellow storage, they did not require me to move units to gain 24/7 access. The staff at Peaks storehouse were routinely rude without communication first. Initially, I was able to access my unit without providing the access code (for several months). Then, all of a sudden an alarm would go off if I accessed my unit without providing a passcode on entry, despite the fact the main door was always open. If you want people to use the access code on entry, perhaps the main door should be locked so that people are reminded to do so.

Excellent facility and very helpful staff. The only downside is no access after 5pm or at weekends unless you get a 24-hour unit

I cannot thank Peaks Storehouse enough for all their help, advice and the excellent service they provided in collecting, storing and returning all my daughter's university belongings. I was concerned about the logistics of organising storage over the Summer holiday in the UK as we live in the USA. Peaks Storehouse helped arrange everything and delivered on their promised service. They have been absolutely brilliant. I will certainly be booking again with them next year.

We used their storehouse facility for well over a year. Pretty economical. The service was outstanding and the staff are extremely friendly and accommodating. If I ever had to use a self-storage facility again, this is where I would go.
