My experience with Moving House Company was excellent. I am elderly and had not moved house in 42 years. They did everything I asked, were efficient and always helpful. Nazia and Lisa in the office were always reliable and the movers on the two days they were with me were indefatigable. Even when things went wrong they were patient. They left two boxes but someone drove a hundred miles on a Bank Holiday to recover and deliver them. When an item was unfortunately damaged they didn't quibble and made a fair and prompt restitution. I'm glad I chose Moving House Company and I would highly recommend them.

All in all what a wonderful and stress free move across the continent. The operations team was outstanding on both ends- helpful and pleasant gentlemen who went the extra mile. My things arrived as sent for the most part (other than the reasonable movement marks). Value for money was great too. The only reason this is not 5 stars is because there were complications with my invoicing but nothing major enough to lessen the experience. Would recommend to anybody doing an international move! Stellar operations team.

The Moving Home Company took all of the stress out of our move and I would 100% use them again. They were punctual and prompt and they looked after every single item as if it were their own. They did an incredible job and were very competitive with pricing.

These guys were brilliant. A competitive (but not the cheapest) quote, followed by courteous and efficient movers, supported by a patient customer service team. I extended my 'time in storage', asked them to find an item in an emergency within storage, and changed the dates of my final move 4 times, and they performed this politely and without complaint. And all my items turned up in one piece!

Good and quick service! They helped me to take all my stuff in the old house from the stairs and bring it up into the new house. Would definitely recommend!

Had a really good experience with Moving Home Company last week. Mohammad and Tame packed up all my kitchen stuff within an hour and they were at my new property within 3 or 4 hours from the start of the job. We had a bit of trouble initially finding a mutually beneficial date for a survey, but they managed to squeeze me in at the end of the day and the survey ran past the closing time of the office.

They had the quote to me 10 minutes afterwards so no problem there. When they arrived I did notice one plate was broken in a box but I suspect it was due to the bumpy and pot hole filled roads leading to the new house, surprisingly nothing else was damaged. Since it was only a cheap plate from IKEA it will easily be replaced. As for the price, they were roughly the same charge as the other companies that visited the property, but they were willing to negotiate to ensure both the best service was available within budget.

Overall excellent service. I've read some of the reviews here and most of the 1 star ones seem fake or have been posted on the wrong company page, because I had a great move thanks to these guys. Will recommend to anyone moving in the future.
