I had to ship half a container-load of household effects from England to Malta in July/August 2021. Bournes were exceptionally efficient with everything. Andy was very quick in providing the estimate and dealing with the order. Arunee kept me regularly updated with progress while the boxes were being shipped. The local agent at the Maltese end was similarly efficient. On top of all this, the price was competitive. Very glad I chose Bournes.

We used Bournes when we moved house 2 years ago, we'd had a baby 2 days earlier so were pretty stressed but they were so professional and went above and beyond to make sure things went smoothly! We used their packing service for the move which was incredible, well worth it as it saved us SO much time. When we needed a large sofa collected recently we knew they were the right people to ask, they were so helpful and managed to get it in our living room respite it being a very tricky manoeuvre! Overall they provided an amazing service with staff who are prepared to go the extra mile, would definitely recommend.

Amazing service under very difficult circumstances (C-19). The team did an exceptional job a) packing the day before and b) unloading / reconstruction furniture on moving day. I cannot recommend them enough.

We used Bournes for my parents move, and I cannot recommend them highly enough. From the initial meeting and quotation service, to managing the timing and smooth transition through the actual event. I cannot praise highly enough the team of guys who carried out the packing and removals over the 2 days. They were totally professional, considerate and respectful of not only all the possessions and the care with which they packed and moved them but just as importantly, of my parents, moving from their home of 35 years which has been an emotional time for all the family for many reasons.
However their attitude, sense of humour and fun was a complete tonic and made a stressful process so much easier and indeed, enjoyable. Thank you Freddie,Phil, Pete,Rory and Darren - you were fantastic!

I was really taken aback by how helpful the two removal guys were. They were prepared for everything and offered to do things I didn't expect to come as part of the service. They even took my bed apart for me :

We used Bournes for a second time in 3 years and they made an otherwise stressful event - much much easier. The crew were nothing less than brilliant. Hopefully we won't be moving for a long long time, however, I would happily recommend Bournes to anyone who is moving.
