I've had the pleasure of enlisting Gerard Group's services as a recruiter since 1999. This organization works hard at understanding the requirements of both the hiring client and the job seeker and does a great job at finding the right match between the two. One of this company's best assets is encouraging open lines of communication, which is to say that the staff is able to both skillfully convey information and listen to (and understand) the parties with whom they interact.
One often overlooked offshoot of effective communication involves eliciting feedback from the hiring clients. Gerard Group is fully aware of the importance of this feedback and always tries to secure this information for its job seekers so that they may be in a better position to market themselves for future job opportunities. I have worked with the 'Gerard Group' in 2012 and they did more than any other Recruiter/Staffing Agency for me to make sure that I felt comfortable when going into an interview and relocate. They are a very detailed oriented team and work hard to maintain a relationship with their employees. Ernie Pineda who I had the pleasure of meeting and knowing always advised me on certain positions and recommended me for others. His work ethic is outstanding in my opinion.
