From the initial survey with Ian to telephone calls to Vicky and James, we were filled with confidence after a previous bad experience with another company. Great trio of lads moved us on a VERY hot day. Grateful thanks to Mickey, Luke and Arron. They were so hard working and managed to keep smiling despite the heat. Some trying pieces of items but everything arrived safely. Vicki in the office was brilliant. Quick to respond and felt safe in her knowledge that everything would go to plan.

Thanks to Luke, Mickey and Mark who moved us at short notice (on 6th April) offering a fast and efficient service. The team were friendly and packed everything carefully. I was also able to get the initial estimate via a video call and I was charged what was estimated. I would be happy to recommend Browns and would use them in future, not that we are planning to move again!

Browns recently moved my mum from Peterborough to East Sussex. They were excellent. From initial contact to arrange quote to carrying out the move across 2 days they were very flexible and efficient. We moved in October last year and used Brown Removals. The boys Nathan, Mickey, Luke and Kevin were fantastic. They were professional and cared about our belongings. They worked hard the entire day and as a result the move went smoothly. We were left satisfied and nothing was damaged in the move. We will use them again in the future.

We were incredibly impressed with the service provided by Browns Removals during our office relocation. It was a complex move and the Browns team worked really hard to clear our old office and move all of our furniture and equipment into the new one. Huge thanks to Luke, Nathan, Mickey and Mario. They worked extremely hard unloading the lorry in record time, as we had to wait 5 hrs after moving out, until we received the keys to our new house. I had the full packing done by Browns, then 1 month storage and move 365 miles to Glasgow. They were professional at all times and Nathan and Zac were exceptional packers and loaders, and Mickey and Luke were very efficient unpackers and put my stuff where I asked them to. I only had 2 minor breakages of delicate ornaments which is acceptable considering how many I've got! I would recommend them to anyone who asked.

Ours was a two stage removal, old house to storage, storage to new house. From start to finish, the process was smooth and problem free. Micky, Nathan, Jimmy, Rhidean, Kev and Kenzie (apologies if we've missed anyone) worked their socks off! Well done guys and many, many thanks. Absolutely brilliant, friendly and personal service - that fully met our needs. Very, very reasonable price and the packing/removal team were brilliant. A special thank you to Harriet for the packing (and her Dad, who did a bit.). And especially to Mickey and Luke who appeared to do the job of four people when they packed and unloaded a 40ft. lorry full of our possessions.
They worked like Trojan's and we had a great laugh at the same time. They treated all of our belongings with huge respect! This is the 3rd time we've used Browns and we personally wouldn't go anywhere else. 100% recommend them

Very pleased with the service I received from this company. My completion date took a while to be agreed by all parties yet the company still managed to finally book me in on the day I needed to move home. All the guys in the removal team were hard-working, careful, caring and seemed to really get along with each other, laughing and joking and helping to ease my stress. They even moved a lot of potted plants for me, a swing seat and some heavy garden statues. I haven't found anything damaged, even the plants! Very highly recommended!

I needed to store the contents of my house with very little notice. Vicki in the office was so helpful, making sure everything was booked before deadline day. The removal guys, Jimmy & Rhidian were fantastic. They made the whole process easy and were fabulous to work with. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again. Wow, what a fantastic company. They were so helpful and understanding during a rather difficult move. They ensured that we would have availability for this move and kept to their promise, this was all at short notice. Outstanding communications at all times with James and Vicky. I cannot recommend Browns enough! Luke, Mickey and George were amazing. They made everything seem so effortless, no request was too much trouble, even to take my large collection of garden plants!
