A fast, efficient and trustworthy team who were very helpful and nothing seemed too much trouble. They even arrived early on both days. I deducted 2 star because some of my plants were quite damaged in transit despite specifically asking the team to handle them extremely carefully and instead they crammed them into one box. One cupboard in the kitchen was completely missed and a couple of items were forgotten at the house which we had to go back to collect and 2 boxes were not taken to storage. Thankfully we only moved close by!

Used Clapham removals to move contents of our furnished one bed flat. The guys that did the move were lovely, but thought overall service was pretty poor. Charged for a professional service but had inexperienced staff - 1 had worked there for under a year and one was on his first day - and so was slower than expected. They didn't seem to have any lifting equipment or ramp and didn't come with enough straps so had to go back to the depot to get more.

Company charges in 15 minute slots, so the detour and speed added to our final bill. The movers used extra packing equipment which we weren't told about and then invoiced for. Finally, there was an attempt to overcharge by nearly an hour, which was only resolved after an unpleasant phone call with head office. Unnecessary stress on moving day - wouldn't recommend at all.

If I there was an option for a negative marking, , it would have been better, ,,, Clapham Removals are not trustworthy, they make you pay in advance and never refund for no work, ,,,I did one booking and then i called to postpone it they said sorry we have to charge you 2 hours since the guys were ready here, and then i ask them to use the balance hours for another booking next day for another job they asked me to pay them again, when i paid, they said sorry we are full for a week, while i needed the work done urgently, since then its over a year Im chasing them for refund they never respond my email and on call they say we will do it but never moved a bit, ,, im escalating this matter to consumer rights for their behaviours. Shame, ,,,

I had a storage unit with these guys and was 1 month behind, only 1 month behind! and they sold all my stuff, 1000's worth. Tools, Equipment, so much stuff, they never even tried to contact me. And a friend worked their so they knew how to get old of me!

Critical: Professionalism They destroyed my favourite vase and I actually saw them laughing about it, they never paid a penny towards the damage.

Great service, efficient, fast and friendly for a reasonable price. You pay by the hour and get a good estimate when booking, so there are no surprises. We only used the content removal service, but they still come prepared with boxes, duct tape and bubble wrap just in case which turned out to be very handy. Definitely recommend!

Excellent experience with clapham removals. We went for the expensive option of being packed up the day before and then unpacked when there. Both teams were fantastic. They went above and beyond in terms of helping us unpack and helping us to work out where furniture went - really appreciated at 9 months pregnant! Thank you for a great job.

Such nice people who did a fantastic job. I was so stressed and high maintenance and everyone I spoke to and dealt with was the picture of professionalism. My stuff was moved quickly, efficiently and carefully, and wish a smile and the team then went really above and beyond by offering me a lift back to my new home with my stuff rather than me having to follow them in an Uber. Would never use anyone else for removals and would recommend the Clapham Removals team really highly.

Very good experience with this team. They were quick and professional, as well as super nice. I had packed everything beforehand and the only packing they did was the TV, but that was well done. No complaints and will use again in the future.

Clapham removals helped us move out from a 3 bed flat in London to a house out of town. We went for the full packing service and were glad we did. Part pack and load one day, load the remainder the following day before driving to the new house. They made light work of a lot of packing and moving on a couple of really hot days. The team made what is a stressful experience as relaxed as it could be and were fun to be around. Would definitely recommend.

The moving experience went fine and the guys were nice. Issue was that we paid extra for a few delicate items to be wrapped up by Clapham Removals including a stand alone mirror. Upon removing the protective wrapping we found it was broken. We have contacted Clapham Removals and it's been radio silence, not a response. It's ok to make mistakes but make them good! Not recommended
