Clarks Removers

We used Clarks last week to clear an Airbnb property and they were superb. They were early and very helpful, wrapping up settees and mattresses etc. Nothing was too much trouble for Paul and Rob and we will definitely use them again as soon as we can. Great work and great value for money too.

Quick removal service at half the price of all the other quotes I had. The house was empty in less than an hour and they filled the new house up in less than an hour. Every member of the team was helpful and hardworking. They even dismantled and reassembled my bed for me.

Used the guys before and a return visitor. Discount for loyalty would have been nice

Didn't turn up and didn't phone. I had to ring them to find out why. To be fair they did say they had a family emergency but I was disappointed and wasted a full afternoon.

In spite of the dreadful accident which closed the motorway for several hours on an extremely hot day both men worked very hard and were very efficient. They were pleasant and cheerful even though they must have been very tired after so many hours traveling and a dreadful journey back to Blackpool to look forward to with the motorway still half closed. I cannot speak highly enough of them, David kept me well informed about the motorway problems and I would definitely recommend this company

My original removal company let me down and Clark's came to my rescue at short notice. They were excellent in every way, a great bunch of lads, Tony, Dec and Rob. They took great care with all my possessions. They were friendly and very helpful. Wouldn't hesitate in recommending them if you want a really good job done at a competitive price.

Nice enough guys on the day who seemed to work hard but damaged quite a lot - dropped microwave and smashed the corner, scratched full length of antique desk (obviously had something on top and dragged it across), same with antique chair so ripped the material on both arms, plus scratches and nicks on a lot of items. They must have seen some of this damage and certainly knew they dropped the microwave but they said nothing. Contacted them re the damage and agreed they would send 100 to go towards repairs which they sent straight away but the cheque bounced. Contacted them again and after several attempts finally got through and they said they'd send another cheque but unsurprisingly it didn't turn up.

Their quote was cheaper than the rest but it's not worth the damage. Shame as it's lost them business with others we know who are moving and we would have recommended to. Definitely wouldn't recommend them after all this.

Absolutely fantastic service, I'm a natural worrier and the stress of moving obviously worried me yet when taffy and paul (2 Absolutely fantastic lads)turned up at the arranged time the worry left me. We moved to a smaller cottage with big furniture and the lads performed furniture yoga and squeezed everything in unscathed. Very good company and lads. Highly recommended. Don't pack your kettle till last though like we did or it may cost you a trip to subway for the coffees

A big thank you to Dave and his team at Clarks removals. We moved from Oldham to Warton in November 2017. The guys who moved us (Terry & Ryan) were very professional, hard working, courteous & helpful. Nothing was too much trouble, which is just what's required when moving home. We hired Clarks for our house move and everything went very well. From the minute they showed up we really felt like everything was taken care of.
