These guys offer a secure, clean, storage solution. Never a problem with parking or access. The staff are very friendly, efficient and always on hand to help. They've also a good range of sturdy boxes on offer (a saviour when moving!). I found it very quick and easy to get started, with very little money needed up front. I was also pleasantly surprised to have received money back upon departure, implying that I only paid for the time I used... great!
I had to take out a self storage unit in Leeds for an indefinite period of time very unexpectedly. I enquired through the website and very soon received a call from a very polite guy called Tom from Safestore's Leeds store who helped me choose the right size storage unit and the best (lowest) price which was much lower than another self store place across the road. I arrived to the store and met the store manager called Scott who helped me with the paperwork, packaging, moving - literally, anything I asked for help with. Great customer service. Nice and very clean self storage units. Highly recommended.
